iD is a personal electronic identification device that utilizes a custom USB flash drive to store your complete emergency medical information. The device features an auto-loading “form” which the owner completes to store critical, life-saving information that can be utilized by emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. Detailed information can be entered through the use of the form’s expansion fields.

Information such as medical conditions, allergies, medications, and even DNR and Living Will documents can be stored on the device to ensure that proper care is given to those in need.
